Designation and Experience
I hold a double Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management with a Minor in Economics from Mount Royal University, where I graduated with honors. Following this, I pursued and completed a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at Vilnius University, achieving a perfect academic record. Driven by a profound passion for learning, research, and strategic thinking, lead me to undertake a PhD in Business Management at Vilnius University. Over the past seven years, I have combined academic excellence with marketing and business development experience across several diverse industries. From market research and client segmentation to campaign strategy and organizational communication, my work has been rooted in data-driven thinking and a deep understanding of human behavior. At Eckert Psychology & Education Centre, I hope to bring a new perspective by helping identify patterns in client retention, rebooking behaviors, and therapist-client fit. My aim is to contribute strategic, evidence-based solutions with psychological insight.
What Inspires Me
I’ve always been curious about how people think, grow, and connect. Even though I’ve studied business most of my life, psychology has always been a passion of mine. This is because you can’t build strong businesses, lead people, or create meaningful change without understanding human behavior. Psychology helps us see what’s often invisible, our motivations, habits, fears, and strengths and it gives people tools to live better, healthier, more grounded lives. In many ways, business and psychology aim to do the same thing: solve problems, support growth, and create environments where people can thrive.
What I'm Most Proud Of
One of the things I’m most proud of is my journey as a professional women’s soccer player for the past 7 years. It has helped take me to over 52 countries and allowed me to live and work in five of them. I’ve had the chance to experience so many different cultures, languages, and ways of life and those experiences have shaped who I am in such a deep way. Through that journey, I’ve learned how to adapt, lead, and work with all walks of life. It’s taught me discipline, emotional resilience, and how to see things from different perspectives. The lessons I have learned are so valuable in both psychology and business. I really believe these experiences have given me a broader lens for understanding human behavior and supporting people on their own paths.
Hobbies and Interests
I am a very active person, in short; I love sports. I’ll try just about anything that gets me moving. From extreme sports to something as simple as playing catch outside, I enjoy it all. I also love working out and mixing things up: yoga, Pilates, long-distance running, strength training, you’ll always find me doing it all or trying something new. Beyond that, I’m a lifelong learner. I find great joy in researching new topics, reading about psychology, wellness, leadership, and motivation. One of my most passionate and meaningful aspects of my life is my faith. My relationship with God informs how I live, work, and strive to lead with compassion, humility, and a commitment to serving others. My spiritual practices, including Bible study, reflection, and prayer – they are sources of strength, guidance, and renewal. They help me stay aligned with values like integrity, stewardship, and lots of love, all of which I carry into my academic, professional, and personal work.
Why I Believe in the Eckert Centre
What I love most about the Eckert Centre is that it’s not just about therapy. The main mission is about helping people grow. The Centre creates a space where people feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. It’s thoughtful, evidence-based, and deeply human in how it approaches care. Clients aren’t just seen as cases, but as family. They’re treated as individuals with unique stories and needs. Whether someone is coming in for an assessment, ongoing therapy, or support through a big life change, e Eckert Centre gives them the tools and support along the way. It’s a place that blends heart and psychological science and I’m truly honored to contribute to its mission.
