M.C.
When we or someone we love are struggling with various concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, big emotions, and or trauma it can be difficult to find the right support. Starting the journey toward healing and asking for help can feel overwhelming, disorientating and confusing.
Through compassion, acceptance and empathy I offer a clear line of support to help clients make sense of their symptoms in a way that empowers them to heal and create transformative shifts in their lives.
I work with clients to co-create a nurturing and safe space that allows them to go from surviving, coping, and “hanging in there” to blossoming, thriving, and flourishing.
