Cancellations: A Commitment to Mutual Respect

At Eckert Centre, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that other clients on our waitlist have the opportunity to receive the care they need, we kindly ask for at least 2 full business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who is waiting for support. In the spirit of mutual respect for each other's time and commitment, sessions that are missed, changed, or canceled with less than 2 full business days' notice will be charged to your account. Maintaining your account in good standing allows us to continue providing uninterrupted service to you.

Invoicing and Payment: Transparent and Convenient

At Eckert Centre, we believe in transparent billing and making payment as simple as possible for our clients. Sessions are billed based on face-to-face time, with an additional few minutes for necessary case management (50 minute billable hour). Billing is done in 10-minute increments to ensure you're only charged for the actual length of your appointment or non-face to face services you may receive (e.g., correspondence, formal letter writing, phone calls, etc). On the day of your session, the fee will be automatically applied to the credit card you have provided unless otherwise arranged. For your convenience, a paid invoice will be emailed to you, which you can easily submit to your insurance provider.
