Mindfulness Therapy

There are many misconceptions about mindfulness. Rather than addressing all the misconceptions about mindfulness, I will simply explain what it is. Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment from a stance of openness, curiosity and non-judgement. It allows you to create space and take a step back from your thoughts and feelings, rather than getting caught up in them. As a result, you see things more clearly and have the ability to commit to actions that align with your values.
