$2,275 (billed at an hourly rate of $260)
Includes a detailed overview of noted challenges and a co-rater interview.
Accommodations documentation for university or workplace settings may be included where appropriate.

  • Child ADHD Assessment

Conducted as part of a full comprehensive assessment
$4,810 (billed at an hourly rate of $260)
