I am a Registered Psychologist who specializes in child, adolescent, parent, and perinatal mental health, with advanced training in responsive sleep support, attachment-informed therapy, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child’s emotional wellbeing, navigating challenging behaviour patterns at home, or looking for therapy for a child who may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, or emotional regulation, I provide developmentally appropriate, compassionate care for both children and their caregivers.
For those in the perinatal or postpartum period, I offer a safe, supportive space to work through birth trauma, identity shifts, anxiety, depression, or the complex emotions that can emerge in early parenthood.
And when sleep becomes a source of stress, for your baby, toddler, or the whole family, I provide responsive, attachment-informed support to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build rhythms that feel more sustainable.
I also support parents who are raising neurodiverse children, including those with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), who may be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or in need of guidance around connection, advocacy, emotional regulation, or co-regulation strategies. Whether you’re looking for support as a caregiver or seeking therapeutic support for your child, we work together to better understand your child’s needs, strengths, and communication style.
With both parent and child, I use tools grounded in empathy, brain science, developmental psychology, and an appreciation for neurodiversity, helping families move toward deeper connection, reduced stress, and more attuned, effective strategies for daily life.
My approach across all these areas is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based research. You don’t need to have all the answers, just a willingness to begin the conversation.

In sessions with children, I integrate play, art, books, sand tray, puppetry, and storytelling, giving children the tools to express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe.
My Therapeutic Style
I believe that healing what’s within transforms what’s expressed, whether in a child’s behaviour or a parent’s experience of connection and confidence.
I create a safe, relational space that allows families to explore vulnerability and make sense of difficult experiences, all while feeling supported and understood. My work is values-based and grounded in developmental psychology, attachment theory, and current neuroscience.
Parents often describe me as compassionate, warm, and invested. I genuinely care about the growth and wellbeing of the families I work with, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside them.
What is a Psychoeducational Assessment?
A psychoeducational assessment can identify learning challenges in students of all ages, from young children to adults.
Learning disabilities, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, or depression often stay hidden and impact a student’s performance and behaviour both in and outside of the classroom. Gifted students may find themselves under stimulated and once identified, can receive enriched programming.
A psychoeducational assessment identifies areas of strength and weakness in a student’s learning profile and provides a deeper understanding of their educational abilities. It can also identify Gifted Abilities, Learning Disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, reading (dyslexia), writing (dysgraphia) and mathematic (dyscalculia) challenges and other mental health issues that can interfere with learning.
We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive assessment services. Myself, and my team of experienced psychologists utilize state-of-the-art assessment tools, provide clear written reports, and ensure our clients have a positive experience during the whole process.
Our reports act as a road map for adult learners, parents and/or teachers, providing clear ideas on learning strategies, social/emotional supports, academic accommodations, and assistive technology needed to help the student thrive.
A Bit About Me
Outside of my role as a psychologist, I enjoy quiet moments and cozy connections, whether it’s sipping coffee or tea at a local café or in nature, dancing with my daughter, reading, puzzling, or laughing with friends and family around a fire. My greatest inspiration is my young nephew, who lives joyfully with Cystic Fibrosis and reminds me daily of children’s incredible resilience and light.
