Yorkville University Student – Masters of Counselling Psychology, P.Eng.
How would you describe your approach to therapy?
At times, clients can find the initial stages of therapy daunting. They often feel distant from their ideal selves and are unsure of the first step to take.
In my therapeutic approach, I adopt a holistic method to assist clients in unraveling and understanding their feelings, experiences, and aspirations. My objective is to help clients deepen their self-awareness, facilitating transformations that guide them towards reaching their desired goals.
I aim to create a secure environment where clients feel at ease to express themselves and feel confident to share their concerns. A strong bond, founded on trust, allows us to collaboratively pursue beneficial outcomes throughout the therapeutic process.

More than just my work:
When I’m not working, I’m out embracing adventure with my family. We love to escape to the outdoors to go camping, hiking, and hit the slopes for some snowboarding. If we can’t sneak away from town, we enjoy some local fun, from lazy days at the lake, jaunts to the park, breezy bike rides, competitive games nights, or simply taking in a good movie.
