Tracy is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle. She has over 10 years of experience working alongside children, families, and individuals to reach their personal goals. Her focus has always been on client strengths and resiliencies, creating nurturing and helpful support networks, and instilling hope and advocacy for those who are seeking professional support and guidance. She has experience working with a variety of needs, including grief, trauma, LGBTQ2S+, life transitions, mood disorders, communication, and relationships.

During my downtime, you’ll catch me cooking savory dishes to share, immersed in a good book, and constantly seeking out new knowledge – did you know the world’s oldest dog lived to be 29.5 years old? I’m also passionate about cheering on my nephews and nieces at their sports events, and indulging in slow-paced runs for the sheer childlike enjoyment it gives me.
