What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations for Counseling, Assessment, Consultations:

Clients are financially responsible for missed sessions. A missed session is one that is changed or canceled less than 2 full business days in advance of the session. The fees associated will be applied to your credit card. Accounts must remain in good standing for service to be continued.

Cancellations for Coaching:

Once a schedule is confirmed by Coach and Client course fees are non-refundable and missed sessions are forfeited.

How is Invoicing done/Payment taken?

Rates are based on a 50 minute hour (i.e., in a 60 minute session, 50 minutes of face-to-face time plus 10 minutes of case management; in a 1.5 hour session, 75 minutes of face-to-face time plus 15 minutes of case management, etc.).Sessions are billed in 15 minute increments; therefore clients are billed for the actual length of the appointment, not the estimated length.

Billings for services are completed within five business days of date of service and the fee will be applied to the Credit Card you have provided us with unless otherwise stated. The paid invoice(s) will be e-mailed to you including a signed invoice for insurance purposes.
